Peter Dodds - Founder

An experienced, practical coach, Peter is a partner with a talent for building relationships and generating solutions. Peter excels at drawing the most out of people and has an established ability to manage the diverse expectations of a wide-ranging group of stakeholders.

Working collaboratively with his clients, Peter tailors proven approaches to suit the organization's internal and external environments. He has a unique capacity to find common ground among divergent ideas.   Peter has been very active in First Nations issues as a national corporate representative, advising and contributing to the development of bank initiatives directed at assisting First Nations with finances and employment. Peter is currently on the Board of Directors of a First Nation's development corporation.
 

KARLA SWAN - Associate

Karla, an MBA graduate from Queen's University, has considerable experience in the business consulting field having worked in many Canadian locations at one time with an International consulting firm. For the past several years, Karla has had her own consulting practice with a focus on IT change management issues particularly in the Health Care field.
 

KRISTIN JARVIS - Associate

Kristin, a graduate of Carlton University, has an extensive financial services and training development background. Kristin's practice has taken her to many Canadian and Australian locations where she is recognized for designing creative programs for the training of employees and the development of high energy initiatives for the introduction and management of workplace environmental and process changes.
 

JEREMY RICHARDS - Associate

Jeremy, a member of the ------- First Nation at Chilliwack, is a creative web designer. Jeremy has an impressive portfolio of clients who have received highly acclaimed website designs form the imagination of this young entrepreneur. Jeremy brings a young, cross-cultural, outlook to the web design process.
 

SUBHASH SHARMA - Associate

Subhash is associated with the accounting firm of M.G. Erickson, CA. Subhash has a MBA degree and is currently in the Executive CMA program.With over 20 years experience in business development, marketing and finance, Subhash specializes in accounting, taxes and business plans. He is on the board of a number of social and charitable organizations.
 

RICHARD MARTINSON - Associate

Rick is a Chartered Accountant practicing on Vancouver Island. Rick is very well known in First Nation's circles and is the primary accountant for several First Nations' governments and business entities.
